Galaxy S25 FE Issues With Smart Calibration

Hello All,

Has anyone been able to use a Galaxy S25 FE for Smart Calibration of their TV?  

I keep getting the message

"This feature is not available for mobiles that do not support Smart Calibration."

However, Smart Calibration is supposed to be compatible with Galaxy models released after January 2019, S, Note, Fold, Z Flip model.

Any guidance would be welcomed please.

It seems to me it maybe only available for their Top End Devices you have mentioned.

May be a moderator could confirm this.

@N1y1: To give me a better understanding of your issue, please can you run through the steps you are taking prior to encountering the error message/notification referenced in your initial post? 

I have been unable to verify if Smart Calibration is supported, however it is a possibility that it may have been omitted from the FE model, and is only supported on the flagship S Series devices.

Thank you for your response, the three different steps that I have been taking have been:

1. From the TV Settings -> Picture ->Smart Calibration then scanning the QR code with my phone camera.  Outcome 'This feature is not available...' message.
2. From the phone -> Smart Things -> Select TV. Outcome no Smart Calibration option.
   
   
3. From the phone -> Samsung Smart Calibration app -> Connect -> Align  the QR code on TV within frame in phone.  Outcome - Nothing

After a week of trying, I eventually decided to come here and ask if anyone has had any actual success with using a Galaxy S25 FE for Smart Calibration of their TV.
