Google messages

So people are not receiving my picture messages despite having unlimited of them on my sim. 

My apps up to date and they doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the app itself.

At the bottom, does it say text message or rcs message?

If you are saying you have unlimited picture messages, does your contract say these are for MMS messages?
I am not sure MMS is used that much now because of alternatives like WhatsApp and RCS-style chat settings which can be set in the Samsung and Google Messages app.
Don't hold me to this but if you're using RCS chat, I think the sender and recipient have to have RCS enabled. (Anyone, please shout if this is wrong.)

RCS is used if both sender and recipient support it. If not, sms is used. So if they message another android user, the image goes over rcs. If they message someone who doesn't support rcs, their phone sends it as an mms.

They didn't say if their phone was using rcs or not so I'm kinda waiting for them to say. As my screenshot shows, the text where you type shows what the phone will send it as
