Can anyone help fix this? I had to screenshot a photo just to make sure it is not inverted when uploaded on instagram. Such a nuissance!

I don't use Instagram, but isn't there any settings to offset this within the app?

If you're referring to selfie photos, you can reverse mirror them within the Samsung camera app.
