Blue side panels that act as back buttons. Not edge panels

On both my S24 and now my S25 ultra i have 2 thin blue lines that are always present on the screen, down each side. They act as back buttons. Before anyone says, they are not the edge panel. I have that also and it's grey. I have searched and searched and can't find where to turn them off!! Please help!

Have these been present since booting up the phone 🤔 

Have a look in your Accessibility Settings under Talkback.

Turn that Off to see if they disappear. 

To see if this is an app etc please put the phone into https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ 

I haven't experienced this form of back button option on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra or s²⁵ Ultra.

The s24 ultra wallpaper looked like the panel was dirty 😂

Do you have Good Lock / Edge Touch? 

In Edge Touch there's an option, Show Edge zones.  Was that enabled by mistake?
