I'll include a tip for rearranging those icons in the Edge panel. 

When you grab an icon/app to change its position, you might find it difficult to control, you might wind up creating Folder that you had no intention of making.

I've found the easiest and more accurate method is to place the icon/app you're moving to cover just half of the icon/app that resides in the location you wish to now occupy. 

When I figured that out, rearranging the icons/Apps went effortlessly.
