Auto rotate not working after doing all the trouble shooting. Please help.

Not any that I can think off tbh. What customisations could it be? Ive also spoken ti samsung support and they couldn't fix the problem. They have told me to re set the ohone but to back it up first. If that doesn't work, they have told me I might have to send it in for them to have a look at it.

Hey there

Is this happening on every app or just one or two?

Some developers don't enact auto rotate...
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

It is happening on camera and home screen.

Yes, home screen and camera will not go landscape. I have tried everything. Diagnostics passed, spoke to samsung, even they didn't know what to do. I even did a factory reset and still no joy. This is so frustrating. HELPPPP

Really strange, after I did a factory it didn't work. Weirdly enough it started working after I re set the watch that was synced to phone. Don't know if that had anything to do with it but auto rotate is now working.

Hi, I have the same issue as you man. Can you explain exaclty what you did to solve it? And has it happened again or was it resolved for good?

Back up everything , re set both devices and start again. Only thing that worked for me.
