Auto rotate stops working randomly

So I've had my S25+ for almost 2 months now. Around a month ago I noticed that randomly for some reason my auto rotate would stop working. Not even games will make my screen go horizontal.

I checked my sensors using the members app and they work fine, also, my lock screen does rotate if I have the option activated but just that. Restarting the phone will fix it but only for a while, like a max of 18-20 hours at most and then the auto rotate will stop working again.

I just did a factory reset today and restored my data using the Smart Switch backup. I hoped this would solve the issue but it just happened again. I've been using an app to force the auto rotation but this bugs me a lot, I want my phone to work as it should.

If anyone has had this problem and knows what to do I would greatly appreciate any ideas or comments.

This could be a bug software bug, my best advice is force restarting works you should set up a auto restart daily. So this issue isnt present for you in the day.

I will definitely do some research now and see if I can find people have similar issues recently.

Make sure your device is up-to-date.

Settings > device care > auto optimisation | then auto restart schedule should be available for you.

The fact that restart corrects it for 20 or so hrs makes me think device simply glitches. Check that ram plus is on highest and also maybe disable any power saving features. Idea being that one of system apps gets optimised and locks auto rotate

@AlexDragneel: To check if a third party app is the source of the issue, I recommend restarting your phone in Safe Mode. To enter Safe mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode.

With Safe mode active, monitor the performance of the device for a few hours, based on the frequency that you encounter the issue. If you find that Auto rotate functions as expected, then please restart your S25+ as you would normally and uninstall any apps that you have added to the device since you first encountered the issue. It won't be possible to determine exactly which app is at fault, therefore I recommend approaching this via a process of elimination.

The auto restart could be a good option but it would still bug me lol. If you find anything please let me know. My device is up to date sadly.

Someone suggested I factory reset again but this time without using the Smart Switch backup, I really don't wanna do that since I would need to re configure everything from scratch and just yesterday I did the other factory reset hahaha this is my only phone so all the time I re configure is time I'm incomunicated

Is ram plus the option that converts ROM into RAM? So shall I use the max of RAM plus? Also I mentioned the 20 hrs since when I'm lucky that's the time I get without the bug but sometimes it will only be a couple of hours before the problem surfaces again

So safe mode makes all third party apps unusable?

I juat noticed I have RAM plus on at its max due to the factory reset lol. So I guess that doesn't help either.
