Yes I have done everything. Re set the phone, went hone screen settings. Turned on and off and still no luck.

Hm- how strange. Just tested myself and no issues on my end.
I would reach out to samsung smart tutor and see if they can assist further

In addition I would go to samsung members- support- feedback- in case its a software issue

Do you have a case or screen protector? Try taking it off to see if it helps.
You could also try clearing your Android System Intelligence app data to see if it resolves the issue.

Open settings>Apps and scroll down to android system intelligence. Open it and select storage, then clear the app data.
