Why haven't I got ui6.1 yet?

I'm in the UK on EE, with a s22+ and I still have not had the update with the new one UI yet - I have manually checked the update screen but no dice

@mikeh92: The One UI 6.1 update was designed to bring Galaxy AI features to a range of devices that did not previously have access to them. As you're already the proud owner of the Galaxy S24+, the latest version should be pre-installed on your device. To check this, please head to Settings > About phone > Software information > One UI version. I hope this helps.

Where was the phone purchased? Direct from Samsung or 3rd party? Was it brand new or refurb. Is it a UK model meant for the UK market?

You can try forcing the update via SmartSwitch whilst plugged into pc or laptop.

You're welcome. No official news yet when it'll start rolling out, although some unofficial reports that it's started to.
