@Louisee: The 'EUY' section of your Service provider software information suggests that this device was not intended or use inside the UK, which would explain why you are not receiving updates. If you are unable to receive OTA (over the air) updates from your network provider then you may wish to try Smart Switch on a home computer to see if you're able to update the phone in this manner.
To begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S24+ using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.
