Why has my s24 ultra not recieved U.I 6.1.1 (Latest) features & updates

I currently have a Samsung S24 ultra. Iv had it since launch, and recently the latest update with the latest and greatest features has come available, which includes all the smart new A.I features in the editor. But I'm yet to receive this major update. Many people in my area and region all have had the update. My phone is still on last update which was 13th August 2024 using one U.I version 6.1. 

Has anyone else had the same issue not getting hit with the update? My partners phone which is the exact same version and model has not had it either

Ok, the one I didn't try that worked. I powered off my phone, kept it off for 5 minutes, turned it back on, I got the update!

You are not alone! My S24 Ultra is still on the software 6.1 ! 😠 I'm looking forward to getting the "Sketch To Image" button! 

According to informations i found on YT, the updates may vary according to the region AND/OR the service provider! I wonder WHY!

I'm in Montreal with the company Rogers. Bought my S24 at Costco in August.

I had the same problem... (no updates).   Mine was because I had a Canadian phone with US firmware, but am living in Germany.  Both Samsung Germany and Samsung Canada said there was nothing they could do.  

I searched out the matching firmware with update and just manually installed it with Odin.  Took a long time to download the files (freely available), but only about 10 minutes in Odin, once I had the files.  It reflashes the device with the newer firmware and updates, without resetting anything else on the phone.  Granted, I'd have to do this for subsequent updates, but I am sure it's easier than relying on either Samsung or the phone seller to have everything automatically synchronized and without having to reset anything.  

I've already tried the new Sketch to Image and Portrait Studio functions and everything is working fine.  

I believe it is the official Samsung position to NOT have the user flashing the phone, as so many things can go wrong and it is likely a breach of the warranty conditions...

My S24 Ultra still can't get the update, is something wrong?

me too.... I have a tab S8 that received the 6.1.1 last month. It's a 2-year-old tablet. Samsung is doing some really weird things lately. The earbud Ultras were garbage for my purchase. Returned. We both have a newer device and yet they have not rolled out the pretty asinine.....

Have a 2-year-old tab S8 Plus. Received the 6.1.1 last month on the tablet. 

Verizon network. Still have not received the 6.1.1 on my s24 Ultra. 

Samsung is just really weird lately. The buds Ultra were quickly returned. Very disappointing. Buds 2 Pro have a much better sound stage. The newer Ultras are just "flat"

Like the older Bose earbuds from 4 or 5 years ago. Just boring. 

Anyway, I digress. 

It is asinine that our s24 Ultras have not received the update. Again. I received the update on a 2-year-old tablet.
