Hello @Whattttt 👋
Yes I have received the next new update for my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra, which was purchased directly from Samsung UK.
Updates are sent out in waves dependant on phone model, and build and serial number of the phone in order to not overwhelm Samsungs Servers.
Some networks do hold back an update until they've tested the software to ensure it does not clash with their network apps and settings.
The Other option is to keep manually checking in your phone's software update section.
If you can't use that route or the software isn't showing as available that way, then it's a case of a little patience until the update reaches your phone.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
