Why has my s24 ultra not recieved U.I 6.1.1 (Latest) features & updates

I currently have a Samsung S24 ultra. Iv had it since launch, and recently the latest update with the latest and greatest features has come available, which includes all the smart new A.I features in the editor. But I'm yet to receive this major update. Many people in my area and region all have had the update. My phone is still on last update which was 13th August 2024 using one U.I version 6.1. 

Has anyone else had the same issue not getting hit with the update? My partners phone which is the exact same version and model has not had it either

It is all samanthics. Like all the Apple fan club cabal. 

They rush out to buy the newest..... SAME PHONE!

I am facing the same problem of not updating to 6.1.1

Me To, my samsung S9 tablet was updated some months ago but am dissapointed my S24 Ulta has not.

Think it's based on production serial number order as someone previously mentioned here. Like iv had my device since jan 2024 last year. And a friend got his in November 2024 because his device manufacturing date was newer he got his updates well before I did. And again it's also down to how you purchased the device, if it's sim free, a contract has to do additional checks and processes for networks. It's all been mentioned above previously
