Trying to book a repair, speaker problems

Morning 

 Is there anyone in here from Samsung?? I'm trying to book a repair but the "book a repair " thing just keeps on sending me round in circles and is doing my head in!!!! The speaker has gone on my phone and can barely here it when on call, when phone is ringing and also trying to listen through the loudspeaker. Have done all the tests via the trouble shooter.

Dont know how your trying to book it but, If you have the Samsung Members app, then head to the Support section and request service from there.

Have done that.....it's keeps on saying "we're having trouble registering your request"🤯

Did you try calling Samsung support ?

Will see if I can find a uk number, the contact us page just sends me round in circles unless I'm missing something. Thank you
