I recently bought the S24 and have been using it for five days. I'm not sure whether the software or hardware causes this issue, but I’ve noticed that the top speaker sounds slightly distorted when playing high-frequency audio (only at volume levels of 85% and above). Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?

To me, this sounds like debris stuck in the speaker. Use an air canister or cloth to clean the speaker out.
To check for hardware issues, go to Samsung Members > Diagnostics > Run the tests to check for any issues.

Hello @HMNQH 👋
Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
There is a diagnostic tool found in the Samsung Members App.
However I would look at having the phone swapped out before any relevant cooling off period runs out.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
