Pairing Requests (Post OneUI8/A16 Update)

I came across a post regarding Bluetooth pairing requests (2024) that was very similar to my current situation, but felt it warranted new discussion, as my research thusfar in finding a fix for my current problem has been unfruitful....

Since my upgrade to OneUI8 Android 16 (I can't put it down to anything else, nothing else has changed!) I am recieving multiple pairing requests between my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and my Samsung GalaxyBook4 Laptop (2025).

Both are up-to-date with all software etc and as mentioned above my phone is the only change. Every couple of hours or after an extended period of inactivity my devices are asking to pair..... They have been paired for a long while now. Never had an issue before.... why is it suddenly forgetting? #S24Ultra #GalaxyBook4 #Pairing

Have you tried un-pairing the devices  and pairing them again?

Were you on the Beta program?

I have not had any BT issue on my S24 Ultra.

I've had same issue with 2 different cars using same phone since update. Tried unpairing and repairing but can't get it to connect at all. Not good enough Samsung, this shouldn't be happening and users shouldn't be expected to clear the cache for bluetooth when there is a system update.
