Oticon hearing aids stopped 2 way communication on phone calls, still pair for streaming

Using S24+ with oticon More 1 miniRITE R, and they work with streaming music, but NOT with phone app (2 way comm.).  They were working for about a month, now you have to answer call by turning off bluetooth connection.

Is it Samsung or Oticon that need to update connection pairing software.  This is ridiculous for this feature to not work when it was working.  Need to solve ASAP

@dg10707: If you head to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Tap the cog symbol to the right of the hearing aids, is 'Calls' toggled on?

no option/toggle  is available for "calls"  under hearing *****

call option is listed under other bluetooth connections for example...Ford Sync

@dg10707: If 'Calls' is not available after following the steps above, can you see 'Bluetooth LE'? If so, toggle this option on, and this should allow you to double tap the back of your hearing aids to answer and end phone calls.
