I have an S24 Ultra SM-S928B/DS. It's my business phone obtained brand new and unlocked from our IT support company.I am in the UK. 

I noticed that for the last 6 months it has not updated and also it is still on Android 14 April 2024 patch. 

Whenever I click to update, it tells me that it has the latest update. Why will it not update?

Called Samsung support and received a text book answer. Wait until an update released for my phone.

Could be that the IT manages updates as well so what u would do is go ask them. It should of had an update way by now as one ui 8 android 16 is out

Samsung won't help here as you appear to have an Enterprise Edition which will be managed by your own IT Department.

I have the same with my company device.

Reach out to your IT team for guidance as they will need to test and release any updates.

If your IT/ company have supplied it, it is likely to be one.

Not 💯 as some companies don't. But either way you'll need your IT department to approve updates before they reach your device.
