Samsung Ultra S24
Seriously, I'm not sure if the release of the Galaxy Ultra 24 was premature. It has been a mess from one problem to another till I eventually have to contact the Samsung care. Samsung Care service is a nightmare on its own, and I’ll deal with that in a minute. I think the call center is outside USA somewhere in the Philippines. If you're not lucky like me your Galaxy S24 has the following problems:

Then I called the Samsung Care service, they’re surely not in the US. They’ve a pre canned responses that they’ll read to you over and over again to waste your time with no solution. I spent almost 2hours on the phone with these guys and came out with no solution. Eventually, they recommended that I send my S24 Ultra to Samsung service center in Texas. After shipping my phone to them and clearly got delivery notice, and me reaching out to ask for update on repairs, they said they’re not sure if I’ve shipped it. I thought that was a joke. I’ve to walk them through the delivery receipt before they confirmed receipt. Well, just when I thought my phone will be finally fixed and returned to me, in 4 business days as they promised, and I followed up, their Philippines customer service folks say my phone will be held for a month since they think its an international version. Then a day later, when I tracked the repair, the noticed on my phone is “Repair Canceled”. JUST TO MENTION, THE WARRANTY ON MY PHONE IS TILL APRIL 2025. No one has even bothered to reach out in email or phone to tell me what is going before I typed this post. I don’t have my phone back. Samsung has been a huge disappointment. I never thought my confidence in Samsung products has been this bad till now. It is a mess, and I hope this post helps others to avoid them, certainly not recommending them to any of my friends. I hope this get an attention from the corporate department; your company is going down if you don’t do anything about it.

@Surrd: I'm really sorry to hear of your disappointment surrounding your recent warranty repair, as this is certainly not the experience that we want our customers to have when using our services. As you are currently through to Samsung Community in the EU, I am sadly unable to escalate your query from this position, as we do not share a system with our colleagues in the US. I want you to get the support you need regarding the status of your repair, therefore I strongly recommend getting in touch with Samsung US via the link below, and have your customer reference number and repair reference to hand, and an advisor will be able to look into this further for you.
