Update:
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and the issue with its S Pen.
I removed the S Pen from my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and was shocked to find that it appeared burnt and emitted a strong burnt odor.
I immediately contacted Samsung service, and my phone was collected for inspection. After several days, I received a notification stating that, according to the service center, the S Pen had come into contact with chemicals. Consequently, the repair was deemed outside the scope of the warranty, and I was informed that I would have to pay for the repair.
I find this assessment and the resulting treatment completely unacceptable. I have owned this phone for only 10 months, and it is in pristine, like-new condition. It has never come into contact with any liquids, let alone chemicals.
As a loyal Samsung customer since the Samsung Ace, with two other Samsung phones currently in my family, I am appalled by this experience. This is how a long-term customer is treated? This incident has been incredibly disappointing, and as a result, this will undoubtedly be my last Samsung device. I will no longer be purchasing any products from your company.
I firmly believe that the issue with my S Pen is not due to any misuse on my part and should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
