Updates are rolling out now.
If you have a network provider phone, you will need to wait until they are ready for release
If your phone has been imported from another region. It won't get over the air updates and you would have to try connecting to a computer and using Smartswitch on the computer to check for available updates

Can you tell me more about this process please. My bought A71 from Middle East Country, and then I moved to EU January 2024. Since then I haven't received any UI update. Help me to update my device.

Daily I've checked this. Numerous dates flying about, then people on here saying it will come next week this week nobody knows.

Marketing. We're almost a year behind Android 16 and Samsung are so slow with A15 / One UI 7 that I wouldn't be surprised if older devices didn't get the promised updates in future.

There are loads of posts.
If you do a search then you might find an answer.
But the update will be available when it's available
Only Samsung themselves can give you a definitive answer.
We only see the same information online as you do
