My S24 has a damaged screen protector. It's only a little mark on the left hand side. But knowing it's there really bugs me.

My phone is still in warranty so I'm hoping Samsung can sort it out for me.

How do you go about booking a repair and seeing what the cost is if any?

I've tried looking on the website but it's sending me around in circles.

Did you mean the screen itself is damaged or is the screen protector damaged? As a screen protector is maybe £10 on amazon to replace. I wouldn't bother with warranty over a screen protector you can fix yourself. If it's the screen itself, yeah get that fixed via warranty

It's just the pre installed protection that comes on the phone from new. I've only had my finger on the screen so I don't understand where it's come from?

Just thought it would be alot more durable then it is.

Hi @JamesS24 as the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ does not come with a pre fitted screen protector I would look at having the phone swapped out if within the cooling off period if the screen is damaged.

If your out of the cooling off period then as this would probably be looked at as accidental damage then Samsung would charge a fee unless you have Samsung Care+

Can you take a photo and upload it 🤔

My phone did come with an in-transit plastic protector that should have been peeled off as this isn't meant to be a long term screen protector.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

It's hard for me to show as you can only see the mark on the screen under direct light. It's just knowing it's there plus the phone is only six months old.

That's not a screen protector, that's the glass of the screen itself

You could take a selfie with the phone facing a mirror, then crop the image to show the damage? Might help us figure this out

Okay my bad. I was thinking that's the level of protection the screen had.
