Hi @Sandy8887

Can you take a picture of it? Where did you order the phone from? Did you get it from a retailer or an individual?

The display should not have air bubbles. I would contact the retailer/seller first and see what they have to say.

It is hard to appreciate the bubbles. I can see some greyish next to your thumb, but not very bubbly.

If the screen has a defect then, you should contact Samsung immediately

Samsung have not installed a factory fitted screen protector on the Samsung Galaxy Series of phone's.

Is that a slight curve I see on the edge of the screen? I'm wondering if they've sent you a returned S23 Ultra rather than a new S24 Ultra?

No way, anyone could spot a S23U from a S24U from a mile away.... 🤣 I see what you mean about the curve, but I wonder if it's just the scratches or dirt deceiving us. Either way, I'd contact Samsung, not much we'll be able to do here.

Lol yeah it's certainly a weird looking display you have there. You need to get that phone swapped over for sure.

I am also facing the same issue. Yet they are not admiting that there is a fault in the launch batch. Waited for a month , but they have decided to repair it instead of replacing 1-1 for a defects found right out of the box. Terrible experience for consumer.

Not sure which country you are in. But generally in europe most countries have distance buying laws which mandate a certain cooling off or return period where you should be able to return the phone for a full refund. During this period typically samsung offer a refund or replacement for defective phones.
