Anyone else having issues with notifications?

I'm finding not all are popping up as bubbles, or notifying using the set tone ... Esp Gmail.

I've checked all the settings, and they are set correctly ... Animations on.

Everything says it should, but it isn't.

Have been using phones since 1993, and am self taught.

I offer advice for free, cos I think it'll help, if it doesn't, explain why, I might learn something new too.

Current phone Galaxy S22 Ultra
Previous phones: most S series, Note 2, Samsung Alpha, iPhone 3gs, far too many Nokia's!

My notifications are coming through in good time from all sources, showing as they should , as i opt to use the dynamic spot app ,and the tone I've chosen has held fine @at_theresonly1mac
