Notifications one ui 7

Does anyone know a way to change notifications on one ui 7?

I know updates change things but it's started to group things like WhatsApps and put a number rather than separate bubbles

But discord will put them all seperate when that could be a grouped Bublé with numbers lol 

Is this changeable or have android decided we are not allowed to do this

Does anyone third party thing like good lock work ?

Some people on here say to change it to cards in the notications settings so they not grouped together. I haven't updated yet to Ui 7 so I don't know what it looks like.

Mine are cards. But it's kind of grouping things wrong now compared to the last ui
It shows a number next to the group rather than all seperate
Which is ok but not for things like WhatsApp etc
It's a weird change
