Hi @EmmanuelR6415 I assume there is no issues with connectivity if other apps are fine, you could reset the Network connections though. General Management-Reset,can Reset all settings or just wifi and Bluetooth. you could also clear Tiktok's Data and cache or reinstall App. Apps-Tiktok-storage-clear cache and Data.
However as mentioned if could be a specific problem with Tiktok.
