cant recivie any messeges or notifications until i open the app.

Hello everyone..

before i start, yes, i searched here for solutions and found nothing.

First of all I cant get any messages on any app, for example, WhatsApp, TikTok or Snapchat.

i tried several things.

1- I checked the deep sleep, and none of them are there.

2- i gave unrestricted usage for the battery.

3- Changed the notification categories and made sure that they are active.

4- cleared cashe.

5- restarted the phone.

and nothing worked its like everything is on sleep and only wakes up when i open each app.

Even when I tried to log in here, i didnt get the text message and had to use another method to verify myself.

is there any solution i don't know why the phone stopped working like that!!!

Seems the only thing you haven't tried is a backup and then a factory reset.

Presumably you have done all updates including the Google play services app? Also updating play store may help?

Do a factory reset if everything else fails.

Sadly nothing worked i wonder if this qualifies me to activate the warranty i don't know what else to do my phone cant do anything till i open the app and it will suddenly connect o the internet and receive updates

I have same issue recently happened with me . It seems samsung software issue because its common on all apps
