Connecting to server-update

For some reason when checking for update it takes near a min for the phone to check for updates on mobile data,and No my mobile data is extremely stable and fast almost same us my wi ffi,speaking of wi fi it's much faster but still longer then usual,I know not a big deal but it'd weird as my mobile data is as fast and stable as Wi-Fi and it's takes ages to connect to server and check
