Hi,

I've update my S24 Ultra to version 6.1 ,S928BXXU4AYA5, and after restart S Pen won't connect to Air actions.

After connecting to Air actions, I'm getting message Disconnected, Air actions not available.

I've tried following:

  • Restart device
  • Reset S Pen
  • Clear cache and data for Air commands

As for permissions for Air commands are following:

  • Notifications | Enabled
  • Nearby devices | Don't allow (Grayed out)
  • Physical activities | Don't allow

I would like to avoid factory reset if possible, can you please help with solution.

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards, Dušan

Hi @dtrojanovic and warm welcome 👋

Have you tried boot into safe mode and see if it works ?
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Try settings > apps > 3 dots > reset app preferences

Try wipe cache partition, of you phone.

Do you have "pentastic" installed? If so try delete it.

Last thing you can try is back up everything and do factory reset.

Do you have a friend or a family member with s24 ultra who can give you theirs s pen to see if it's your s pen fault?

If nothing works please get in touch with customer support, as you might need new S pen.1738850255187.jpg

Hello @lminvti,

Thank you very much for the advice.

I've tried mentioned solutions, but unfortunately didn't work.

I haven't had pentastic installed.

I had to preform factory reset and it is working fine now.

Thanks

Hello! Did you have to factory reset your whole phone or is there a way to factory reset the pen itself that I'm missing? I'm having the same issue it seems 😞

Hello,

I've tried first to reset specific, than whole settings and it wasn't working, after which I performed factory reset.

In my case, I believe that issue was permission based, due my AppOps usage, I've changed permission for Air Command service, and after system update permission couldn't be changed anymore, and because of that I had to perform reset.
