The new update did not fix the zoom problem

Can you please elaborate on the problem? Are you talking about when you zoom the camera moves position?

Yes, there is this problem between 3x and 5x zoom, lens shift is not smooth

The camera update was for the S24ultra, but it won't be fixed in just one update, so further updates will be rolled over a given time.

I messaged Samsung about this and they told me it's not a bug

Well I have covered this before and I am sure I have explained this to you on a previous post. Sometimes the phone will change which lens it is using when zooming in and out depending upon how close you are to the subject, lighting, camera mode you are in etc. The phone literally swaps which camera it is using so there will be a shift as one camera gets turned off and another turned on, they are in different positions on the back of the phone so I don't know what you are expecting exactly? But when the phone only uses the one camera it zooms perfectly zoom.

The Zoom is still not taking sharp pictures, but I think it's smoother to swap between 3x and 5x.
