Hello guys, I got my S24 Ultra around three days ago and the battery seems to be draining a lot, I'm getting less than 6 hours screen on time, I've read here that transferring data through smartswitch might be the reason but I'm not sure if that's the case, I did use smartswitch to transfer the data but is it really the reason behind this drain?

Kindly help me as I'm so inconvenienced about this.

PS. In the device care it shows "Learning Usage Patterns" and I can't see the predicted hours remaining.

Hi there

In the first 14 days, your device learns your usage pattern and will then adjust your battery's performance accordingly.

That is why, under battery in your image above, it states Learning Usage Pattern.

I would also recommend, as you brought data over via Smart Switch that you perform a Wipe Partition Cache on your device (this removes pesky temporary cached files and doesn't delete your data).

It is recommended to do this after every major OS update and periodically after monthly security patch updates (I do mine 3 monthly).
