Storage OneDrive Error

Under Files, Storage, I get the Internal Storage and then the OneDrive logo.
(I am signed in with my Windows account - under which I get the 1TB storage space)

Under the OneDrive logo on the Files screen (Storage), it says in grey - Not Signed in.

When I click on the OneDrive logo onder Storage - I get the message:

"Error Occurred. Try again."

When I open the OneDrive App, no problem.
I can access and download my files to a location on the internal storage.

Can anyone help with a reason why the OneDrive under the Storage section, will keep on giving errors and how to resolve it. If possible.

If you look in settings in My Files ( tap 3 dots). Do you see your cloud account there?

I see it, but the same thing happens when I click on it - I only get the message:
Error Occurred. Try Again.
But when I go directly to the OneDrive App, no problem there.
(and my Microsoft Account is correctly linked)

I can see all my folders in the OneDrive app - just not in the "Files" section of the S24. Thanks for your attempt to help.

You could try a couple of things and see if it works -

1. In Settings > Apps > My Files > Storage > Delete data. No data will be lost, but My Files settings will be reset.

2. Reinstall OneDrive

3. Remove Microsoft account from Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts and add it back. You might have to turn off sync in Gallery Settings first. If you have setup Microsoft Authenticator with this account, then it could be tricky.

Sign into your Microsoft account via a browser. Go to "Privacy". Scroll down to Apps and services. Tap "view app access details". Do you see "MyFiles" in that list?

I'm having the same problem too and I could use it the other day, so it's strange. I tried the suggestion above but no luck 😕

I'm having the same issue too, it was working fine yesterday, but stopped working last night

I have the same issue. On my Note 20 and my Tab9 One Drive in My files works perfectly , but on my S24 Ultra I get the message Error Occured, Try again. I even uninstall One Drive and Office 365, cleaned all cookies. Google Drive is working perfetly. Can anyone please advice.
