Gallery Sync - Not Using OneDrive

When I got my S24 last year, I did the usual and set up OneDrive for backup. However, I have a large amount of photos/videos that I've got synced to both my (paid) Google account and Amazon (via Prime) and I'm now getting messages saying I need to increase my OneDrive storage - I don't fancy paying another amount to do this so is there a way I can set up my Gallery to sync to Google rather than OneDrive? 

If I can't, and choose not to pay for additional storage on OneDrive, how do I remove photos/videos from my OneDrive without losing them from the other 2 apps?

In settings > accounts and backup > google drive back up data > check photos and videos

You may need to install google gallery app though

Alternatively, you can use more than one OneDrive account to sync photos, each provides 15Gb
