For reset setting no worries reset setting will not lose the data but the setting applications will default.
5. I would recommend you to monitor the device in safe mode. To perform safe mode, kindly refer to the steps as per below:
a. Power off the device.
b. Power on the device.
c. Hold down the volume down key as soon as you see the Samsung logo appearing on your screen.
d. Keep holding down the volume down key until you see a safe mode phrase appearing on the bottom left corner of your device.
e. Then release the volume down key.
f. To exit from 'Safe Mode', restart the device just like normal.
Safe Mode will allow you to use your device as normal but without any third-party applications. Please use the device for a day in safe mode. If the issue does not occur in the safe mode, there are possibilities that the problem is due to third-party applications. It is recommended for you to uninstall the latest installed applications on your Galaxy device.
If the issue persists after performing the steps above, I believe it is best if you walk into the nearest service center for further evaluation from our technician so that they can diagnose the device physically."
I have done all the above. I don't want to factory reset my device and lose all my documents and files on my phone.
Please help me 🤒🙏🏻

You can make a backup of your phone on the pc using smartswitch and can put phone in maintenence mode, which preserves all your info, if left in service center. I would do the latter
Also try diagnostics via Samsung members app
