Issue in s24 ultra lock screen black lines keep showing and it is so annoying

Hello All.

I bought a brand new S24 Ultra 25 days ago; this issue has occurred recently.

The screen keeps showing recurring black lines appearing on the lock screen every minute in the s24 ultra lock screen as shown in the video, also I have noticed some glitches and lag while scrolling through apps.

I attempted to record the screen to determine whether the issue was software or hardware-related. However, the lines and glitches did not appear during the recording, leading me to believe this is a hardware issue.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? What steps should I take to resolve this?

I haven't experienced this issue on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra. 

Does this happen no matter which lockscreen set up you choose ?

Is this a new phone or has this just started happening on a longer owned phone ?

You could send this as feedback via your Samsung Members App too. 

Some owners experienced banding on their phone displays. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
