Sounds like a transient error possibly due to ui7 release for s23
You are already on the latest patch

Hi @wadialdoor A few encountered server errors previously that were eventually resolved. You have all the requirements for the update, have you tried both wifi Data? Does restarting Device make no difference? could try in Safe Mode but may not fix it. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
