That is a conundrum as my phone is on the latest software update, and hasn't displayed this issue 🤔
Please do run the diagnostic tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
The remedies in the following thread suggest to remove and refit the sim card, and Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset All Settings.

If you perform a forum search you may find more existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
A last resort you can try is a factory reset after backing up.

Im experiencing the same issue here. It happened after I got a auto software update over the night. Tried almost every method I can find online besides factory reset, but non of them works. Its fine when I connect with a headphone but any media audio, phone call will have a blasting sound
