Free buds 3 pro after submitting review

Hi, i bought the s24 ultra and submitted a review through the form that samsung emailed me more than 2 weeks ago but i still haven't received the free buds3 pro

Re the Buds 3 Promotion, did you read the conditions?

Once a claim is approved, delivery is usually within 45 days for Samsung promotions

I filled in the survey on the 13 Dec and received the Buds today (in UK)

Can you advise the process, like when did you get any confirmation etc. Or did the buds just show up unexpectedly? A lot of people, myself included, have submitted reviews and heard nothing at all, no confirmation the review has been approved or anything is being sent out. I've also noticed the reviews on the site have scores for various things but the review form just asked for an overall score.

I submitted my review on 5th December, it's now March. I've contacted Samsung twice they check all my details keeping me on chat for a good 15 mins and then tell me it's not their problem and the reviews team will be in contact 'automatically'. Not a happy bunny! 😤😤😤😤😤

Had the same experience here, it's been over 2½ months now since I submitted the review, and still nothing. Feels like samsung has left everyone in the dark on this one after getting our money and sending out the phone. Poor customer service 😭
