S24 Camera Whites Look Grey

Hi, i bought a new s24 for the camera as i want to take stock pictures in a photo backdrop box using a white background

Using standard settings the white looks very grey, i sorted this by pressing and holding the screen and upping the brightness setting (orange circle and white circle) it has a lock icon but i keep having to use the setting during each shoot, when i get it right the picture is perfect, really white background but when the picture auto saves in the gallery its back to grey, when i open it is white again, if i email myself the picture its grey

Any ideas, ive tried most of the settings but the gallery negates the picture quality

Ohh i have faced a similar issue where purple colour turns blue when taking a photo or a video 😵‍💫

2 things to try:

- turn off scene optimization in the camera settings, as this changes the WB (and other settings) to what it thinks makes the photo look better.

- for even more control, use Pro mode and manually adjust the WB there. (Along with usual DSLR camera settings)
