I have a Samsung S24 Ultra, I have been an extremely loyal customer to the brand by owning the S2, S5, S7 Edge, S10 and now the S24 Ultra. I am so disappointed with the experience with the phone. I have just been having issues with the device. Twice I had to fix my speakers distorting at random and furthermore my camera takes blurry photos.
I do not know how to fix it, Samsung claims that it passes the diagnostics and there is no issues but yet when I take photos it comes out blurry. I honestly do not know what to do. the hype of this phone was how good the camera was and its AI features. I am so upset and I am on a three year contract paying for something each month that is not up to standard.
I compared my device with my brothers S24 Ultra and his phone takes clear photos. I believe that my device is faulty but yet I remain with this problematic phone.

Does the phone always take blurry pictures? Is this happening on any condition? Does your phone have the same settings as your brothers'?
If you are in the UK, you could also take your issue with your retailer. I assume that it will be your network due to the three years contract. They have the legal duty to you.
