Received s24 ultra yesterday from Samsung UK

Once completed setting up the phone noticed its on July security patch and I have no updates available? I have another s24 ultra in the house hold which is upto date so I don't know why this particular device is not receiving updates? Both handsets are from Samsung UK one on launch one now! Any help or advice will be appreciated as if I have to plug this in to a PC every month I will be sending it back

I suspect you will get an update during December, I'm not sure if they stack older updates anymore.

You'll probably find the update is sent out in good time to your new phone @eljefe90 

As it's new it may take a while for the Samsung Servers catch up with the serial and build number of your phone. 

You could also try Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer.

They are stacked. Mine was stuck on April security patch. I had to change the CSC to get updates. I then got Oneui 6.1 with the new AI stuff followed by 2 security patches.
