Secure Folder Video problem

I had videos on my secure folders and i couldnt play them.Then i tried to move them to the gallery and was unable to move them{0/3 file moved).Since i couldnt play or move them i decided to delete the videos and looked at the recycle bin then no videos was there.Looked at the gallery too no videos neither on the recycle bin.What could be the cause ?

Have you checked the Recycle Bin inside Secure Folder?

yes.checked everywhere even backup.
