Hello Guys
I just checked. My S24 Ultra is still on July 2024 patch levels, and I have not received an update since then. Could anyone help me with that? Am I going to have it with a delay? It's an S928U version. Would resetting my phone and erasing all data work?
I have tried Switchapp on PC, but there is no update there as well.
Help Help Help!!!

The S24 Ultra will get One UI6.1 (not 6.1.1 which is for foldable devices).
That said, most users are now on November Security Patch.
Are you based in the UK and is your device CSC code EUX or something different?
We know there is a delay on devices supplied by EE but even those should be on October.

@goharshahzad: Are you currently inside the country that your S24 Ultra was intended to be used in? If so, please head to Settings > Security and privacy > Updates > Security update, to manually search for any available security updates (Wi-Fi connection required).

The S928U version you stated is for US market that's why you don't receive updates, the solution would be try to put any US sim carrier sim into your phone if you can get it from somewhere as that could trigger the update, as well as trying different sim cards from different countries, if nothing works there's not much you can do as it always advisable to buy phone from same region as you live in.

Hi I received my S24 Ultra from the Samsung Store today and it says it is on July Security Patch and is up to date. it is EUX
I am cosidering returning it as faulty. My S23 Ultra has had Galaxy AI for months and I use it all the time
