Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Sorry to hear of your issues. There are a couple of things to do first.....

1.

Settings
Device Care
Optimise Now

2.
Wipe Partition Cache on your device... If you've never done this before it clears you're temporary cached files but doesn't delete data.

It is worth noting that if your activity on the device involves you repeatedly touching the device (i.e. playing games all day) that uses a lot more battery power than streaming TV where you don't really touch the screen.

For comparison, on my S24 Ultra I can get about 10 hours a day streaming plus 1/2 hour calls and still only charge once a day.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Hi there 👋 and welcome

As i can see from screenshot 2 apps you're using drains the most battery, I suggest you to go to settings > apps > search for apps who drain the most battery press storage and clear cache from those apps.

Wipe cache partition. To do so:
Turn off yor phone
Connect to PC, tv etc via USB Then press and hold power button and volume up button until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu appears then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press power button Restart your phone.

Batterystats reset. Open your phones dialer, type *#9900# (turn off autoblocker in settings first) scroll down until you see batterystats reset press on that (I'll attached screenshots)

Safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/?srslti...

Uninstall and reinstall apps who drains the most power.

Turn on put apps to deep sleep if unused by going to settings > battery > background usage limits toggle on put unused
apps to sleep.

See if any of that helps.1732468438093.jpg1732468438111.jpg

If all you are doing is playing games it will drain battery faster.

Also if you use the phones speakers instead on Bluetooth headphones will drain battery.

Not to mention if its on mobile data instead of WiFi etc.

Also if you keep your brightness very high will drain battery.

Below is my today's SOT at home on WiFi and using Bluetooth headset.
I use manual brightness around 30-40% with extra brightness ON.

And mine for comparing. WiFi all day.
