Samsung S24 Ultra Freeze and Restart

Hello, I have recently upgraded to S24 Ultra (from S22 Ultra), and I am experiencing some issues with the new phone (and some of the issues appeared on my S22 as well for the past month). The main issue is that my phone(s) would freeze and restart randomly. I have been using the S24 Ultra for less than one day and it had restarted three times already. Does anyone experience the same issue? 

Before switching to S24 Ultra, I had similar issues on my S22 Ultra but slightly worse, e.g. S22 Ultra would try to restart a few times before it can enter the main system screen. 

Any idea is appreciated.

First try these generic troubleshooting steps @Baozi250 

1. Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. 

2. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. 

Also if you used Samsung Smartswitch to move your data from the previous phone to the new phone this can occasionally cause hiccups.

If this was happening on your previous phone then your backup could be corrupted. 

I personally use my Samsung Cloud Back up and transfer my gallery over using Smartswitch.

Hey the same thing is happening to my s24 ultra did u find any solution?

After consulting the online customer service, sent in my phone for repair. Based on their feedback, it is hardware defect.

I too am experiencing S24U random screen freezing. Completely unacceptable for a phone at this price point.

I'm currently in the same boat unfortunately. It started brand new out the box before the transfer was even started.

I've read somewhere that this problem is caused by samsung account just remive it and that's it
