Hi,
I used the Abbott Librelink 3 app to read the glucose meter on my arm.
However, I cannot even scan it at all. I know the device isn't officially supported (but neither was my previous phone, and iphone, and that worked without a hitch) but would anyone know workarounds?
Thanks

Have you gone through what is available vja the Playstore @Members_qlR4S5x
You could try a forum search if you haven't already.
It might also be worth looking at alternative relevant forums for such devices.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Won't be tomorrow, we have to wait for next Samsung update (end of the month?). Here same with s24+ (Exynos processor). Seems that the S24 ultra (Snapdragon processor ) has not the same behaviour

I had the problem with the S24 ultra (Snapdragon processor ). Someone suggested running 3th party app (juggluco) . After that the Librelink 3 app seem to scan. I am assuming the 3rd party app changed some setting. Hope that works

Called Samsung for my S24+ not scanning a Libre 3, the checked my NFC. I confirm could do a Google Pay NFc payment. So for Samsung, no problem. For Abbott, same story, not on their phone list. There seem to be more complaints for the s24 and + versions than the Ultra with sensors Libre 3.
Btw the app is libre3 not LibreLink3

There is NO cooperation between Abbott and Samsung to resolve this issue - Abbott doesn't seem to test their products very well and are NOT active helping patients dependent on their medical device! The suspicion is that the Exynos versions of S24 are affected, while the Snapdragon S24 Ultra appears to work . . . Need someone with the Snapdragon version to test this! The only problem is that Abbott is non-commital for a fix and leaving many in the lurch!! It's crazy you have to side load a third party APK (juggluco) just to get things to work!! It would be welcome if Samsung proactively involves themselves and helps find a resolution - considering how popular their phones are and they pride themselves on the "health" side with watches, etc . . .

I made a mistake the app I installed was called gluroo not (juggluco) https://gluroo.com/
