Hello guys. Recently I have updated my s24 ultra firmware as its recommended by Samsung. After  that following issues come out from my phone

* 2nd SIM completely not working when I switch it on phone loses whole network even from SIM 1

*1st SIM working but when I change its network type from 4g to 3g  network loses and notifications come out SIM1 NOT ALLOWED.

Hopefully Samsung will fix these bugs as soon as possible because I have lots of information on my phone and difficult to transfer them and downgrade the firmware to the older one.

Thanks

Any chance you got the november update? I'm seeing loads of complaints and issues with it. Just hold one and hope it gets sorted. Though I'm sure someone else will comment with some troubleshooting ideas

Hello @Shoev and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section 👋

I'm sorry to learn of the issues your currently experiencing with your phone.

Personally my phone is behaving itself after the update.

If you haven't already please try these generic troubleshooting steps.

1. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

2. In Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Turn the phone off and On.

3. Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

4. Send feedback via your Samsung Members App.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

You mention swapping from 4g to 3g. Most networks in the UK have turned 3g off or are in the process of doing so.

What network are you on?

The issue is almost certainly linked just to your device as I'm not aware of any other S24 Ultra users (including myself) reporting such an issue.

All the way from Trinidad and Tobago

Same issue...network drops to 1 bar ..unable to utilize data, and when you can its 3g and Edge. Or H

Calls drop and come over distorted

Even after ending call, it continues to run for some seconds after while you hear the other person speaking but they cant hear you

Phone worked perfectly fine till this last update

Upgraded from physical sim to esim thinking it may be the sim port or sum card issue..

This problem is really overbearing now

Please can anyone provide a resolution

I have microphone issues in calls. The mic not working in normal calls, in whatsapp/skype/teams it works perfect. All this started after november updates...
