Samsung Charging Dock Blue Light Flashing

Hi,

I have a Samsung 24 Ultra, a Samsung Watch 6 and Samsung headphones. I use the 3 in 1 wireless charging pad. There is a blue light flashing. I've disconnected everything and tried again but its not working. 

Any help?

If it's a samsung charging pad, I recommend contacting samsung customer service. Try requesting a refund if you order'd it from somewhere like amazon (they usually have a 30-day refund policy. Also, if it's an unofficial charger, there could be a problem with it, and it could potentially kill your battery. If it still doesn't work, it could be because of phone cases and other obstructions. Try removing your phone case if you have one. You could also check if wireless charging is enabled on your phones settings. That's all I know from the information provided, but I'd be happy to help if there are any other problems.

Are the devices completely dead in regards to battery level as this can be the issue between the charging pad and devices. 

Check the cable too please. 

Try plugging into an alternative plug socket. 

Or the one or more of the devices are not sitting correctly on the pad charging coils. 

Does the phone and watch etc charge up OK via other means @StarGazer9283

@StarGazer9283: Please can you confirm the model number of the charger, and I will look into this further for you? Is the blue flashing light persistent, or does it only occur when you place a device on charge?
