Samsung boost "no device found"

Hello all, my s24 ultra has arrived today.  I tried to go on Samsung boost to claim some offers but when I sign in, it says "no device found". The product is in my account's "devices" and I also registered it. 

Can you please advise?

 

I went to my registration page and it shows this. My softwares information service provider last three 3 letters are EUX (pre ordered this in the UK via Samsung)

The £30 Galaxy store voucher is redeemed through Samsung wallet - seems to have a 30 day time time limit for use.

Re: the other boost offers, maybe it needs a while to fully register, maybe give it a day or so

Same issue, no device found on mine either.

I've had the same issue, been on the live chat trying to resolve. If you read the T&Cs for boost its not been updated to include any of the S24 line. But the S24 pages themselves all mention boost.

This makes me think the site needs updating, as I've done all the stuff the support team asked. I'm now waiting on a tech call which I know will solve nothing as the problem is server side.

I received my S24 Ultra today, all registered but can't find how to claim the Galaxy store voucher in wallet app. Also not showing my phone to claim other boosts, only shows my older S23

Store voucher. Is that valid against phone cases etc? I've juat tied to use mine and said not valid

No that one is for the Galaxy App store (so can be redeemed against apps, games etc)

It looks like they have this issue yearly with no clear solution. Ive tried all the things theyve reccomended but still says no device found. Its quite annoying.

Just got my disney + and £30 galaxy app store credit through wallet in the promotions section. I was going round in circles on boost and it wasn't there at all. Check wallet and promotions at the bottom and both are there.
