Hello all, my s24 ultra has arrived today. I tried to go on Samsung boost to claim some offers but when I sign in, it says "no device found". The product is in my account's "devices" and I also registered it.
Can you please advise?
I went to my registration page and it shows this. My softwares information service provider last three 3 letters are EUX (pre ordered this in the UK via Samsung)

Having the same issue with them not updating their server to include the S24 range and it's been a few weeks. So frustrating no Boost offers can be used until they do their bit.
